Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model and how much you customise. Many catalogue models start from 24–100 pieces with your logo; custom Pantone colours, printed gift boxes and new moulds require higher quantities. Each product page lists its MOQ.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples of catalogue models are typically prepared in about 7–8 days, plus courier time. Custom-colour and logo samples are available so you can approve exactly what will be produced.
How do I get a quotation?
Use the inquiry form on any product page or the contact page, or message us on WhatsApp at +86 176 2154 1688. Include model, quantity, logo method, colours, packaging and destination.
Which payment and trade terms do you accept?
We quote FOB China by default and can also quote EXW, CFR/CIF or DDP to many destinations. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Customization
Which logo methods do you offer?
Laser engraving, screen printing, UV / UV DTF full-colour printing and sublimation on coated blanks. Embossing is possible with a custom mould. See our decoration guide.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. Powder-coat colours can be matched to Pantone references. Gradients, prints and special finishes such as leopard or ombré are also available on selected models.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes — from white boxes and colour boxes to fully printed retail boxes and rigid gift boxes. Amazon FBA labelling can be applied on request.
Can you develop a new design (ODM)?
Yes. Send reference photos or drawings and we'll advise on feasibility, tooling and samples.

Quality & materials
What material are your products made of?
Food-contact parts are made from 18/8 (304) stainless steel. Lids and accessories use BPA-free plastics or food-grade silicone, depending on the model.
How long do your products keep drinks hot or cold?
It depends on the model and lid. Most bottles and tumblers are listed for 12–24 hours; several carafes for more than 24 hours. Each product page lists its rating.
Can you provide test reports?
Selected models list CE/EU and LFGB documentation. For other markets (for example FDA for the USA), tell us your destination and we'll plan testing with an accredited lab.
Do you allow third-party inspection?
Yes. You are welcome to appoint an inspection company for pre-shipment inspection.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We export worldwide by sea, air and express courier, and can quote door-to-door delivery to many countries.
How long does mass production take?
It depends on quantity, decoration and season, and is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Plan extra time before Chinese New Year and Q4.
