# Branded Insulated Mugs for Specialty Coffee Retail

A retail-ready mug and tumbler line in a café's own colours — designed to sell at the counter and keep regulars coming back with refills.

## Scope
- Formats: 12–16oz mugs, 17oz coffee tumbler
- Decoration: Laser engraving + one-colour screen print
- Finish: Custom Pantone powder coat
- Packaging: Printed colour box with barcode

## Challenge
Cafés want merchandise that reflects the brand on the counter, fits under espresso machines and car cup holders, and survives daily dishwashing — at a price that leaves room for retail margin.

## Approach

**Format selection.** We shortlist mugs and tumblers whose height fits under common espresso groups and whose lids allow one-handed sipping. A handled desk mug and a 17oz tumbler with interchangeable lids typically cover both in-store and commuter customers.

**Colour matching.** The café's palette is matched with Pantone powder-coat references, and a colour swatch is approved before sampling.

**Durable branding.** Laser engraving is used for the logo mark so it never peels; a small screen-printed line can add the café name in a brand colour.

**Retail packaging.** A printed colour box with barcode area turns each piece into a shelf-ready product and a gift.
